We will sell no hat before its time.

We are delaying the Pre-Sale Launch scheduled for 5.01.24 to make sure our hats are of the highest quality and performance. 

 Reasons for the delay: 

1. The materials we are using for our premium performance-fit hats are so fine and light that it is very difficult to mass-produce without collateral damages which increases our costs per hat. 
   1. With that in mind, we are experimenting with bonded-mesh material to reinforce the materials for the panels and bills. 
   2. We have completed 2 more samples with this bonded-mesh approach. Once we have these samples, we will test the overall feel of these hats to make sure the overall performance of the hats is ready for mass production. 
      
2. We are updating the flower embroidery on the Premium Performance Fitted hats so they are consistent with the 5-Panel Snapbacks. 
   
3. We are upgrading the Stichting of the 5-Panel custom Snapbacks to better secure the bill magnets. 
   
4. Optimizing the Tee-Slots on the Premium Performance Fit hats to match the 5-Panel custom Snapbacks 
   1. After field testing, we noticed that we needed to adjust the Tee Slot pockets so they are easier and more intuitive to use. 
      

 We are almost to the finish line but as the old saying goes, its always the last leg of the race which is the most challenging.
