How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following in your email:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is received, a customer service representative will contact you with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure accuracy and availability.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate exchange requests; however, exchanges are subject to product availability. For initial exchanges, customers have 14 days to return the original item starting from the date the return shipping label is sent to the email address used to place the order.

All returns and exchanges are handled manually by our customer service team. Processing times may vary depending on volume and inventory availability.
