I was blown away by the level of customer service I received when I ordered some Christmas gifts for coworkers. It was close to a week away from Christmas Day so I had little hope it would arrive in time. I was not surprised when I got the confirmation email and it said it would not ship until January 9th. I figured it was worth a shot to email the customer service team and they were able to ship it out the next morning. I got a response 20 minutes after I emailed and a solution within the hour. Floyd was helpful and understanding. I will continue to shop here not just for the service but because the hats I received were of excellent quality. My coworkers loved their gift.
