Love the hat and ball marker. Customer service was fast, responsive and went about and beyond when my package was stuck in transit. They made everything right and even threw in a bonus item for me despite it not being an error on their end. I will recommend BONK to everyone.
Packaging was great and items were very good quality.

Hi Robert, thank you so much for taking the time to share! We are so happy to hear you love your Breakfast Ball and appreciate you sharing with your friends!
Pros: Love the color, and the accessories attached to the hat.
Cons: What I wish for though is a higher opening in the back for my ponytail.
Hi Angela, thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback! I wanted to make sure you knew we do have an Open Back Style to accommodate ponytails. We would be happy to do an exchange for that style if you wish. I will reach out to you directly. Thank you for being a valued customer.
