Eric & Emma Suarez Dominate at Vuelta Bolivia 2026

The 4th National Junior Tournament of the Vuelta Bolivia 2026 was held April 10-12 at the beautiful Country Club Cochabamba. Facing a competitive field of 127 junior golfers over three challenging days at 8,400 feet elevation, with demanding slopes and tricky green complexes, Eric and Emma once again proved why they’re two of the most exciting young talents in Bolivian golf.
Eric Suarez claimed 1st place in his category with a commanding performance, highlighted by an incredible three-under-par opening round on greens that were especially tough to read due to the course’s landscape and elevation. That strong start set the tone and helped him secure the championship over the three-day event. Meanwhile, Emma Suarez battled on a course playing 5,800 yards and rose to the occasion, finishing an impressive 2nd place - just one shot shy of first - after firing her best round on the final day.
With this latest result, both Eric and Emma continue to hold the number one spot in their respective rankings since the start of the Vuelta Bolivia, maintaining their lead through the first four tournaments of the season. Coming just days after their double victory at the U.S. Kids Golf Panamá Invitational (where both took home titles in their respective divisions), they showed incredible consistency, focus, and competitive fire right here in Bolivia.
