Joshua Fleming delivered a statement win at the Under Armour JT Memorial Championship, Memorial Day weekend belonged to him, and he closed it out like a champion at 6 under. Smooth, composed, and relentless—just the way we like to see it.
Olivia Barnes: Youngest Competitor, Biggest Heart
Olivia Barnes keeps turning heads. Last weekend she earned 2nd place at the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour’s Golden Isles Girls Classic at Sea Palms Resort—competing in the 13-18 division as the youngest player in the field. That’s not just impressive; it’s a preview of what’s coming.
This weekend she’s repping North Florida in the Florida Cup (Ryder Cup style—North vs. South). Then it’s straight into prep mode for the big one: the US Girls Junior Amateur Championship qualifier in June. USGA stage, We can’t wait.
Bryson Chang: Consistency That Hurts (for everyone else)
Bryson Chang is making low scores look routine:
• 2nd place at the Texas Open with 6-under
• 1st place at the Nevada State Invitational with 3-under
• Multiple bogey-free rounds, including a bogey-free 4-under opening round at the Texas Open
His Local Tour and regional results are stacking up, and the consistency is elite. When the scorecard stays clean that often, you know the work is getting done behind the scenes. Oh yeah, and he racked up his second career hole in one, and there’s that 😂
Victor: The Repeat Machine
Victor did it again. Another win in the books, plus a hole-in-one in the practice round for good measure. He’s now a three-time winner of the St. Petersburg Junior Championship. Some players chase wins. Victor collects them.
Welcome to the Family: Will Lorberbaum
We’re excited to officially welcome Will Lorberbaum to Team Bonk (full announcement dropping next week). Will just posted a strong 2nd place at -4 over Memorial Weekend. Will won the Notah Begay local qualifier where he came in first at -8, impressive. He and Joshua Fleming have been grinding together since they were six years old—now they’re doing it in Bonk gear. The future just got even brighter.
